Following your purchase, you have 30 days to return the products if you no longer wish to continue with the treatment. However, please note that the products must be in good condition and unused. Additionally, please be aware that the shipping costs for the return of the products will be at your expense.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us by phone at 1-800-378-6132 or by email to initiate the request. Once we have received the returned products, we will proceed with the refund based on the quantity of products received and in accordance with our refund policy.

Please note that if the returned products are not in good condition or have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or withhold a portion of the refunded amount.

 

Please be advised that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the products.
