If you ordered a shock treatment, it is likely that the order was shipped in two separate packages.

SeptiDrain pails are not treated the same way as SeptiMax and Septi+ boxes by Canada Post. If you only received a box and you should have also received a SeptiDrain pail, please wait 1-2 days. The pail should arrive a little later as it was shipped with the oversized packages by Canada Post.
