If you don’t see any improvement after treatment, it would be interesting to investigate whether a pipe has become disconnected or whether the duct has been crushed. The cause is normally biological, but this also happens sometimes.

Since this is an alternative solution and the success of the shock treatment depends on the specific condition of each installation, you will understand that we cannot offer a guarantee on the treatment. Most problems are solved with this solution. However, there will always be cases where the products will not be sufficient (structural problems, accumulation in clay soil for decades, etc.).

However, if you have unused products that you do not want to continue processing, you can return them to us for a refund.
