How long will it take to receive my products?

The products are shipped the day after the order is placed and the products are sent by Expedited Parcel.

Canada Post should be able to deliver them to you in 2 to 8 business days (the delay depends mainly on the province in which you are located in Canada).

Is the delivery free?

We do not charge any shipping fees for orders over $115. So if you order, for example, 6 bags of Septi +, shipping is FREE!

The products froze during shipping. What should I do?

For solid and dry products, there is no problem. They have not been damaged by the cold.

However, liquid products lose their effectiveness if they have frozen.

This is why we prefer to send them directly to the postal counter or ask for a signature (the products have frozen several times in the mailboxes).

I received my order, but some products are missing. What should I do?

If you ordered a shock treatment, it is likely that the order was shipped in two separate packages.

SeptiDrain pails are not treated the same way as SeptiMax and Septi+ boxes by Canada Post. If you only received a box and you should have also received a SeptiDrain pail, please wait 1-2 days. The pail should arrive a little later as it was shipped with the oversized packages by Canada Post. If you still have not received your 2nd package after 1-2 days, please contact us at 1-800-378-6132.

Is it possible to ship products other than by Canada Post?

To benefit from free shipping (applicable on all orders over $115), you must use Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service.

If you prefer to use another service at your expense, please let us know at the time of ordering. If you have an account with the shipping company (Fedex, Purolator, UPS, etc.), please provide it to us. Otherwise, the shipping company’s charges will be added to your invoice.

Is it possible to ship products outside of Canada (USA, France, etc.)?

For the moment, Bio-Sol products are only available in Canada. Thank you for your understanding!

How can I track my package?

You should receive an automatic email with a tracking number when the package is shipped.

If you have not received it, please send us an email and we will gladly send it to you.

I still haven’t received my package… What should I do?

Sometimes Canada Post has difficulties and deliveries are delayed. If you still have not received your packages after 1 week, please contact us and we will make inquiries with Canada Post to determine exactly where your package is and why it has not been delivered. We will contact you as soon as we have more information.

Don’t worry, if Canada Post has lost your package, we will reship your order as quickly as possible.

The products were damaged during shipping. What should I do?

A bag was punctured or the pail leaked during transport?

It happens sometimes and we are very sorry! Sometimes a pail is dropped, a box is crushed…

Please send us a picture so that we can send proof to Canada Post and we will contact you afterwards to determine what you would prefer us to do to remedy the situation.
